PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: A deposit is required for every appointment. The deposit fee is listed with each service and will be applied to your treatment cost the day of appointment or rolled over to a future appointment. Deposits are refundable and transferable with a 48 business hour notification for all appointments.. Please call or text our patient line at 940-240-1257 with any questions or changes to your appointment. While we require this advanced notification minimum, we kindly ask you provide the most notice possible as this enables us to accommodate our other patients’ and providers’ schedules more efficiently. If we do not receive the minimum notification your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule. Any no-show will incur an additional fee.

We allow for up to three reschedules before payment is due in full prior to your scheduled appointment.

We honor a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you may need to reschedule your appointment as this can have an impact on the provider’s treatment schedule. If you know you are going to be late, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes within reason, but please be prepared to reschedule and pay an additional deposit.

For the safety and care of all, children under the age of 12 old are not permitted in clinic. Please make the necessary arrangements if you require childcare. Additionally, pets of any kind are not permitted in clinic unless they are an authorized service animal.
